Covington Rental FAQs
What is your reservation policy?
You can reserve items for your date by paying 30% of the rental total. Payments can be made during office hours in person, over the phone at 770-786-9938, or you may request a link to pay online. The remaining balance is due before you receive your rental items. Reservation deposits on all items, except tents, are refundable only if canceled at least 14 days in advance. Deposits on tents and tent accessories of 30% are non-refundable.
How far in advance should I confirm my order?
Our inventory is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Popular dates or peak times of the year can result in items that are fully booked. We suggest that you reserve items as soon as you can to ensure there are no issues with availability. With that said, we are here for your last-minute rentals as long as the inventory is in stock.
Are your rental rates per day?
Our rental rates are not by the day. They are event rates that cover up to 3 days. For instance, if your event is on Saturday you can pick up your rentals on Friday and return Monday.
What are your office hours?
Our typical office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday by appointment.
Do you offer any packages with your tents, tables, chairs, or concessions?
There are so many combinations of our items. We have all our rentals individually priced so you can create your perfect package. Concession machines do not include supplies.
Do I have to wash the table linens when rented?
You do not have to wash the tablecloths. Laundering the linens is included in the rental.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is an additional fee based on the distance from our location. You may request a quote.
